The Ko-Kwel Wellness Centers are dedicated to ensuring our patients have access to excellent medical and dental services, regardless of insurance status. We will work with you to minimize financial barriers.

New Patient Enrollment
The Ko-Kwel Wellness Center (KWC) provides care to Coquille Tribal members, their families, and employees of the tribe’s business entities. Additionally, we serve enrolled Native American and Alaska Natives living in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson and Lane counties.
You can begin the process by completing a New Patient Questionnaire.

Oregon Health Plan
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for the Oregon Health Plan. OHP provides coverage for Oregonians from all walks of life. Its clients include American Indian/Alaska Native people, working families, children, pregnant women, single adults and seniors.
If you are currently uninsured and qualify for the plan, please sign up for OHP before your first visit.

Sliding Fee Scale
The Ko-Kwel Wellness Centers use a sliding fee scale for uninsured, non-Native American/Alaska Native patients do not qualify for the Oregon Health Plan. Please contact our Billing Department if you are interested in applying for discounted services.
Purchased and Referred Care
Our Purchased and Referred Care team administers health care for Coquille Tribal families in five local counties.
