  • Reducing vertigo/dizziness

Services with a focus on pelvic health are also available for addressing pelvic pain, pre- and post-natal health and rehab, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and post-surgical interventions.

Referral from a primary care or KWC provider is required for physical therapy sessions.

Juliette Hyatt, PT

Juliette Hyatt, Physical TherapistJuliette Hyatt, Physical Therapist, is a seasoned physical therapist with over two decades of experience, specializing in pelvic health since 2008. Juliette has provided compassionate care for a wide range of pelvic health conditions, supported by a strong foundation in orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and aquatic rehabilitation. She earned her degree from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY, and has served in both clinical and leadership roles throughout the local community. Juliette is focused on advancing pelvic health and helping patients restore comfort, function, and confidence in their daily lives.

Juliette works from the Shishda Haws Rehabilitation and Fitness Center as part of the KWC-Coos Bay medical team. She is excited to work with a team dedicated to treating the whole person to assist with your wellness journey, and offers services for orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health. 

Danielle Jensen, DPT

Danielle Jensen, Doctor of Physical TherapyDanielle Jensen, Doctor of Physical Therapy, has been providing compassionate, patient-centered care on the Oregon coast since 2006.

Danielle treats orthopedic conditions using the McKenzie Method and an eclectic mix of techniques from continuing education courses and also neurological conditions including stroke and Parkinson’s disease. Danielle specializes in vestibular conditions causing vertigo, dizziness and imbalance. Her practice emphasizes personalized evaluations and evidence-based treatments and she loves empowering patients to learn how to care for themselves.

With a doctorate from Eastern Washington University and a background in psychology from the University of Oregon, Danielle is happy to return to her hometown to help people live their best lives by regaining strength, balance, and confidence in their movement.

Danielle works in the Shishda Haws Rehabilitation and Fitness Center as part of the KWC-Coos Bay medical team. She provides physical therapy that can improve mobility and strength to maximize participation in life’s activities.
