Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:30 in the Group Exercise Room for fun classes designed for Elders and Beginners. Instructors will lead the class demonstrating both standing and seated versions of warm-ups, flexibility, strength, and endurance exercises. Come dressed in comfortable clothing and remember to bring a water bottle.
