From your referral to recovery

We invite you to join forces with us in supporting the recovery journey of individuals in our community. Our clinic embraces a holistic approach, addressing every aspect of health to provide comprehensive care.

Located in the same building as our medical, dental, and behavioral health services, our facility offers a seamless environment for well-being.

By partnering with us, whether you represent a shelter, another program, an agency, or government staff, you can play a crucial role in enhancing the health and recovery of those we serve. Together, we can make a lasting impact on our community.

Our goals are the same

Providing care to those in our community with opioid use disorder (OUD) offers several advantages:

  • Improved Health Outcomes: Access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and comprehensive care can significantly improve the health and well-being of individuals with OUD
  • Reduced Overdose Deaths: Effective treatment and support can reduce the risk of opioid overdose deaths, which are a major public health concern
  • Comprehensive Care: Integrating OUD treatment with other health services (medical, dental, behavioral) promotes holistic well-being and ensures patients receive comprehensive care

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Gandhi
