We’re glad that you’re here. If you have found your way to this page, it is likely that you or someone you care about has been affected by opioid use disorder. You are not alone.
Whether you are a potential patient, caregiver, loved one, referring doctor, or part of another program, you are one of the millions affected by this growing issue. Our outpatient treatment program, located in Eugene, Oregon, is dedicated to providing the support and resources needed for a personal recovery journey. We offer compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs, helping you take the next step toward healing.
An integrated approach to recovery
We offer a range of therapies and counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of our community, including the Coquille Indian Tribe, members of other American Indian and Alaska Native tribes, and the broader community. Our approach is distinct because we deeply understand the cultural and personal aspects of opioid use disorder (OUD).
Recognizing the need to limit stress in the environment for individuals with OUD, we have designed our clinical space to be as non-activating as possible. This thoughtful consideration ensures that our patients receive care in a supportive and calming environment, addressing a vital gap in our community’s healthcare services.
Patients using medications as part of their Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) treatment plans have 33% fewer opioid-positive drug tests and are 4.44 times more likely to stay in treatment compared to controls.
Programs that combine medications with psychosocial support can significantly improve recovery outcomes, with success rates ranging from 40% to 60%.
OTP programs also reduce the risk of infectious disease transmission and community impact associated with drug use.
KWC-Eugene clinic is conveniently located at 2401 River Road in the Santa Clara area of Lane County, Oregon.
